Ingredients

1 : c All-purpose flour

1/2 : c Apple fiber

1 : tb Baking Powder

1/4 : ts Salt

1/2 : c Rice bran

3/4 : c Evaporated skim milk

1 : c Salted cod; washed and

-drained : -drained

2 : c Flour

1/2 : c Milk*

Salt : Salt and pepper to taste

1 : Packege Franch leaf dough; (

-Not : -Not philo)

3 : c kind of nuts; ground

-roughly : -roughly & mix together.

-Peacun, : -Peacun, Pistachio, and

-Almonds : -Almonds

1/2 : c Sugar

1/2 : ts Lemon grid

2 : ts Cinnamon

1/2 : ts Ground nutmeg

Directions

0: In a bowl combine flour,baking powder,soda,salt and sugar

1: In another bowl combine egg,milkand oil

2: Add egg mixture to flour mixture

3: Blend in bananas

4: Grease 2 muffin tins liberally

5: Pour in batter to fill 2/3 of each cup

6: Bake at 375 c for 35 minutes

7: Use a toothpick to test for doneness

8: Remove tins to rack

9: Let stand for 5 min

10: With a greased knife cut around each cup

11: Invert tap to remove muffins

12: Serve immediatly with softened butter
