2 : c Pickling cucumbers; in 1/4"

3/4 : c Sliced onion
3/4 : c Sugar
1/2 : c Vinegar
1/2 : ts Celery seed
1/2 : ts Dry mustard
1 : ts Salt
1/4 : ts Tumeric
1 : ga Firm; clean cucumbers
8 : sm White onions; (I use 4
0: Beat butter at medium speed with an electric mixer until creamy
1: Gradually add sugars, beating well
2: Add eggs and vanilla, beating well
3: Combine flour and the next 3 ingredients, stirring well
4: Add to butter mixture, beating at low speed just until blended
5: Stir in Heath bars, chocolate chunks, and nuts
6: Drop by heaping tablespoons 1 1/2 inches apart onto ungreased cookie sheets
7: Bake 350 for 10 minutes, or until lightly browned
8: Let cool slightly on baking sheets: remove to wire racks to cool complete;ly
9: Makes about 3 1/2 dozen
