6 : oz Pk frozen snow crab meat
1 : c Grated sharp Cheddar cheese
Salt : Salt and pepper
4 : Eggs
3 : c Milk
1/2 : ts Salt
ds : ds Cayenne
2 : pk Cream cheese; 8 ozs each
2 : tb Lemon Juice
2 : tb Mayonnaise
1 : sm Grated onion; * see note
1 : lb Fresh crabmeat
1 : Whole jar cocktail sauce;
0: Preheat oven to 350
1: Sift together in bowl flour, baking powder, salt, and sugars
2: Juice orange and grate zest
3: Put grated zest and juice in 1-cup measuring cup
4: Add oil
5: Fill with milk to 3/4 c measure
6: Beat egg into mixture and add to dry ingredients
7: Mix thoroughly and add walnuts and cranberries cut in 2-3 pieces
8: Bake in loaf pan one hour
9: Cool This recipe freezes well
