Ingredients

-Robbie : -Robbie Shelton

1 : /4 c -Water

3 : c White Bread Flour

2 : tb Dry Milk

3 : tb Sugar

1 : ts Salt

3 : tb Butter

2 : ts Fast Rise Yeast -OR-

3 : ts Active Dry Yeast

***STICKY : ***STICKY SAUCE***

1/4 : c Butter

1/2 : c Brown Sugar

1/4 : c Corn Syrup (light)

1/2 : c Pecans (broken)

Directions

0: Sift flour, cream of tartar, baking soda, sugar, and salt together

1: Work in butter as you would for pie dough

2: Add milk

3: PAt into two round portions on floured board

4: Cut through to make four pie wedge impressions

5: Bake in hot 400 degree oven 15-18 minutes

6: Serve hot with butter and jam or syrup

7: RAISIN-CINNAMON VARIATION: Add 1 cup raisins, 1/4 teaspoon cloves, 1 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon, 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
