Directions

0: In a skillet over low heat, cook bacon until crisp; remove to paper towel

1: Reserve 2 tbs

2: drippings; add potatoes, green pepper, onion, salt and pepper

3: Cook and stir over medium heat for 6-8 minutes or until the potatoes are golden brown

4: Stir in cheese and bacon; remove mixture to a bowl and set aside

5: Beat eggs and milk; pour into the same skillet

6: Cook and stir gently over medium heat until eggs are completely set, about 3-5 minutes

7: Add the potato mixture and stir gently until heated through
