2 : tb Worcestershire sauce
2 : tb Lemon juice
1 : lb Boneless chicken breasts,
-cut : -cut into 1" cubes
12 : oz Bacon strips, cut in half
Hot, : Hot, cooked rice
1/2 : c Orange juice
1/4 : c Fresh lemon juice
1 : ts Dijon style mustard
1 : ts Worcestershire
1/4 : c Canola oil
2 : Minced cloves of garlic (up
-to : -to 3)
1/4 : c Chopped fresh parsley
1 : ts Dried oregano
Salt : Salt and fresh ground pepper

0: Heat coals or gas grill
1: Peel loose paperlike layers from garlic bulbs, but do not separate cloves
2: Place each garlic bulb on a 12-inch square of heavy duty aluminum foil
3: Brush with oil; sprinkle with thyme
4: Wrap bulbs securely in foil
5: Cover and grill garlic 4 to 6 inches from medium heat 25 to 35 minutes or until garlic cloves are very soft
6: Add bread to side of grill for last 5 minutes of grilling, turning once, until golden brown
7: To serve, squeeze garlic out of individual cloves onto bread
