Bed : Bed or lettuce for tomatoes
2 : c Frozen peas
4 : ts Fresh lemon juice
2 : tb Chopped fresh cilantro
1/4 : c Minced red onion
1/2 : c Ripe tomato; minced
6 : tb Plain yogurt; optional
Salt; : Salt; to taste
Red : Red pepper flakes; to taste
1 : lg Avocado; peeled & mashed
1 : tb Lemon juice
1 : ts Onion; finely minced
1/8 : ts Cayenne pepper
2 : tb Tomato bits
3 : tb Miracle Whip (or more)
2 : Avocados
1/4 : sm Onion
1/2 : Fresh tomato
1/2 : Lime
1 : ts Salt
1 : pn Garlic salt
4 : Lettuce leaves
12 : oz Dark beer
1/4 : c Low sodium soy sauce
3 : Cloves garlic; minced
1 : ts Ground cumin
1 : ts Ground chili powder
1/2 : ts Ground red pepper
1 : lb Beef flank steak
6 : md Red and green bell peppers;
-seeded : -seeded and, quartered
0: Combine all ingredients and mix well with wooden spoon
1: Pour into a greased 8 inch square pan
2: Bake 400 degrees 20 to 30 minutes or tested done with a wooden toothpick
3: Cut into squares when warm and serve with butter and jam
4: I havent doubled the recipe but I think it would work out fine
