1/2 : ts Pepper, and dried thyme

4 : Skinned chicken breasts,
Boneless, : Boneless, cut in strips

3/4 : c Apricot preserves
1/3 : c Reduced fat sour cream
Homemade : Homemade Tamales
0: Preheat oven to 350 degrees
1: In small bowl, beat sour cream and honey
2: Blend into beaten eggs
3: Sift together dry ingredients
4: Mix the wet and dry mixtures together and beat well
5: Blend in oil
6: Bake 30-40 minutes or until done in center
7: Cool on rack 5 minutes
8: Remove from pan
9: Serve warm with ice cream or whipped cream
