1 : qt Milk
1 : pt Heavy cream
1/2 : ts Salt
1 : Vanilla bean
3/4 : c Long-grained rice
1 : c Granulated sugar
1 : Egg yolk
1 : /2 c Whipped cream
Raisins : Raisins (optional)
0: Mix 1 c flour and remaining ingredients in food processor; beat 1 min
1: Add flour gradually and process until dough leaves the side of the container
2: Place in greased bowl, turn to grease top, and cover with plastic wrap
3: Let rise in refrigerator overnight
4: Divide dough in thirds
5: Press with heel of hand onto greased pizza pan until crust fills pan
6: (Unless, of course, you are talented enough to toss it into the air
7: ) Bake in 350F oven for 5 minutes
8: Freeze
9: When ready to make pizza, remove from freezer and quickly cover with pizza sauce and toppings
10: Bake on oven rack without pan
