1 : Can chicken broth (3 3/4oz)
2 : tb Butter cut into small pieces
1 : /2 c Raw potato; peeled, sliced

1/2 : c Green pepper; chopped
2 : Green Onions; Chopped
0: In a 1-quart microwave-safe casserole mix potatoes and bacon
1: Cover and cook on 100% power (high) for 3 to 5 minutes or till tender, stirring once
2: Beat eggs and salt; add to potatoes
3: Cook uncovered on high for 1 to 3 minutes or till almost set, pushing cooked egg to center after 1 minute, then every 15 seconds
4: Top with cheese; let stand 1 minute
5: Serve with salsa
