Ingredients

8 : lb RADISH RED FRESH

1 : sm Red Onion

2 : bn Radish

15 : oz Mandarin Oranges; Drain And

-Reserve : -Reserve

2 : tb Extra Virgin Olive Oil

1 : tb Red Wine Vinegar

1 : bn Radishes; thinly sliced

Lettuce : Lettuce leaves

Directions

0: In large bowl mix yeast, cornmeal and soda

1: Set aside

2: In saucepan heat buttermilk, onion, oil, salt and sugar until very warm (130 degrees)

3: Stir into cornmeal mixture

4: Beat in eggs, then cheese, corn and peppers

5: Stir in 5 cups flour

6: Turn out on lightly floured surface

7: Knead until smooth and elastic

8: Place in greased bowl, turn over

9: Cover and let rise until doubled - about 1-1/2 hours

10: Grease two loaf pans, dust with cornmeal

11: Divide dough in half

12: Shape loaves and place in pans

13: Cover, let rise until double (30-45 minutes)

14: Bake in 400-degree oven 25-30 minutes

15: Remove from pans, brush with melted margarine and let cool
