Ingredients

8 : lb RADISH RED FRESH

1 : sm Red Onion

2 : bn Radish

15 : oz Mandarin Oranges; Drain And

-Reserve : -Reserve

2 : tb Extra Virgin Olive Oil

1 : tb Red Wine Vinegar

1 : bn Radishes; thinly sliced

Lettuce : Lettuce leaves

Directions

0: Combine all the dry ingredients in a large bowl & set aside

1: Dissolve yeast in 1 c lukewarm water & add 2 ts sugar or honey

2: Set aside till frothy

3: Add yeast to the flour mixture with the honey

4: Add water a little at a time until you have a soft, doughy texture

5: Knead until it is wel mixed

6: Add more flour or water as necessary

7: Cover & let rise till doubled in bulk

8: Punch down dough, knead for a few minutes & then divide dough into two portions

9: Place each piece in a greased loaf tin

10: Cover & let rise till doubled in bulk

11: Bake at 350F for 50 to 60 minutes

12: Makes 2 loaves
