4 : lb Boneless chuck roast
1 : lg White onion, thin sliced
1 : Sweet Bell pepper,

1 : cn Beef broth (not condensed)
1 : Flank steak or London broil

1 : Bay leaf
1 : sm Onion
1 : Tomato, whole, ripe
1 : Celery rib
1 : tb Salt
0: Combine oil, rosemary, salt and pepper
1: Roll dough into 10" circle; place on grill
2: Cook, covered, 2 minutes
3: Turn crust; brush with oil mixture and sprinkle with 1/3 c red peppers
4: Continue grilling until dough is cooked through and golden on bottom, 5 minutes
5: Let stand 10 minutes before serving
