WW Cinnamon Rolls recipe

Ingredients

2 : c Peeled sliced Granny Smith

2 : c Peeled sliced ripe pear, (1

3 : tb Fresh lemon juice

1/3 : c Dried cranberries

1/4 : c Sugar

1 : ts Ground cinnamon

1/2 : ts Ground nutmeg

Vegetable : Vegetable cooking spray

1 : c Pear nectar

3/4 : c All-purpose flour

1/8 : ts Salt

2 : 1/ tb Vegetable shortening

8 : ts Ice water

1/4 : ts Fresh lemon juice

1 : /2 ts Skim milk

1 : tb Sugar

1/4 : ts Ground cinnamon

20 : oz Pack refrigerated sugar

Cookies : Cookies

8 : oz Pack softened cream cheese

1/3 : c Sugar

1/2 : ts Vanilla

Fresh : Fresh or canned drained

Pineapple : Pineapple slices

Maraschino : Maraschino cherries, cut in

Half : Half

Drained : Drained mandarin oranges

1/4 : c Orange marmalade

1 : tb Water

8 : oz Spinach; Leaves Torn

1 : Apple; Cut Into /2" Cubes

1 : Pear; Cut Into /2" Cubes

1 : Stalk Celery; Coarsely

1 : c Seedless Grapes

1 : c Bean Sprouts

Directions

0: Preheat oven to 400 F

1: Spray 8x8x2 inch baking pan; set aside

2: Separate biscuits; using fingers, flatten each into 3" circle

3: Brush each circle with an equal amount of the margarine, sprinkle each with 1/4 t brown sugar and an equal amount of cinnamon, then top each with 1T raisins

4: Roll each circle jelly-roll fashion and arrange in two rows, seam side down, in sprayed pan

5: Bake until rolls are puffed and golden brown, 8-12 minutes

6: Transfer pan to wire rack and lets rolls cool in pan

7: In small bown or cup combine remaining 2 1/2 t brown sugar and the powdered sugar, add water, 1 t at a time, stirring constantly until mixture is smooth and syrupy

8: Remove rolls to serving platter, brush each with an equal amount of sugar mixture

9: Makes 10 servings of 1 roll each

10: Each serving provides: 1 BREAD, 1/2 FAT, 1/2 FRUIT and 20 OPTIONAL CALORIES

11: Per serving: 143 calories, 5 g fat
