2 : pk (6 oz) frozen and thawed

3 : c Sifted cake flour
2 : c Sugar
4 : ts Baking powder
4 : Eggs
1/4 : ts Salt
1 : c Water
1 : c Shortening (pareve)
1 : ts Vanilla
2 : Parts orange juice
2 : Parts lemonade
1 : Part pineapple juice
1 : Part grapefruit juice
0: Set aside 1 cup flour
1: Mix remaining flour, yeast, sugar and salt in a large bowl
2: Heat milk, water and 1/4 cup butter to 105-115 F
3: Stir liquids into flour mix, stir to blend completely
4: Add the egg
5: Add enough of the reserved flour to make a soft dough that does not stick to the bowl
6: Turn out onto a floured surface and knead 5 times
7: Cover dough and let rest 10 minutes
8: Mix brown sugar, cinnamon and butter together (amounts can be increased up to 1 1/2 times given for extra sticky buns)
9: Gently roll dough into a 12"x9" rectangle
10: Spread with cinnamon mixture and sprinkle with raisins if desired
11: Roll up from long side and pinch to seal the seam
12: Cut into 12 equal slices with a sharp knife
13: Place cut side up in greased muffin tins
14: Place muffin pan on a baking sheet on top of a large shallow pan half filled with boiling water
15: Cover dough and let rise for 20 minutes
16: Bake at 375 F
17: for 20 minutes or until browned
18: Remove from muffin tins immediately to cool
