0: STARTER: Mix all in ingredients well and place into a GLASS bowl

1: Cover loosely with a lid or plate

2: Let stand overnight in a warm place

3: Stir each day( Use no metal spoons!!)until the 5th day, then add 1 cup flour, 1 cup milk, and 1 cup sugar

4: Stir the 6th, 7th, 8th and 9th days

11: Pour half the batter into a greased 9x13 inch pan

15: Top with the rest of the streusel

16: Bake at 350 F for 40-50 minutes, or until cake tests done
