1: In a med bowl, combine applesauce, corn syrup sugar, egg whites or egg replacer, vanilla and apples; stir into flour mixture
2: Divide mixture between two 8 x 4" bread pans that have been sprayed with nonstick spray
3: Bake at 350F for 40 - 45 min or until bread tests done
4: Cool for 10 min on wire racks before removing from pans
