0: Oven 350° Line each cup of a standard muffin pan with stirps of baking parchment or muffin liners
1: Sift together all dry ingredients
2: Make well in center of flour mixture
3: By hand mix in remainder of ingredients except apples
4: Fold in apples
5: Spoon batter into prepared muffin tins
6: Bake in the preheated oven for 30 to 35 minutes, or until done
7: Makes 12, 2 to 4 oz muffins, or 6, 6 to 8 oz
