2 : Rashers bacon

1 : cn Cream of mushroom soup
1 : Loaf white bread

6 : oz Cream cheese w/chives
1 : tb Milk
25 : Mixed grain sandwich bread
25 : Bacon cut in halves
10 : Bacon slices
20 : lg Sea scallops
1 : c Whipping cream
2 : tb Dijon mustard
2 : tb Pure maple syrup
Snipped : Snipped fresh chives

1: Place all dry ingredients in a large mixing bowl

3: Add egg
4: milk, oil and mix until almost combined

6: Stir in bacon, cheese and chives until all ingredients are just wet
7: (Batter will be thick) 4
8: Spray muffin tins with cooking spray and fill 3/4 full

10: Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes
11: NOTES : These are more like biscuits than muffins in texture
12: Good with scrambled eggs for breakfast or with soup for a heartly lunch
13: You could also use them at supper next to grilled meats, with chili or stew instead of rolls
