1/3 : c Vegetable oil
1 : /2 c Mashed ripe bananas ( 3 )
1/2 : ts Vanilla
3 : Eggs
2 : 1/3 c Bisquick baking mix
1 : c Sugar
1/2 : c Chopped nuts (optional)
0: Cream butter; gradually add sugar, beating until light and fluffy
1: Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition
2: Combine flour, cocoa, soda, salt, and cinnamon; sift together
3: Stir flour mixture into egg mixture, blending well; add vanilla
4: Stir in banana, sour cream, walnuts, and chocolate morsels
5: Spoon batter into two greased and floured 7-1/2 x 3 x 2-inch loafpans
6: Bake at 350 degrees F
7: for 55 minutes or until a wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean
8: Cool in pans 10 minutes; remove from pans
9: and cool completely on a wire rack
