1 : /2 c Mashed ripe bananas ( 3 )
1/2 : ts Vanilla
3 : Eggs
2 : 1/3 c Bisquick baking mix
1 : c Sugar
1/2 : c Chopped nuts (optional)
0: Combine flour, baking powder, salt and xanthan gum in medium bowl
1: Stir in water, oil, honey, egg yolks, banana and nuts
2: Beat egg whites in medium bowl until stiff peaks form
3: Fold into batter
4: Pour batter onto hot oiled griddle or skillet; cook on both sides until golden brown
