Ingredients

1/3 : c Vegetable oil

1 : /2 c Mashed ripe bananas ( 3 )

1/2 : ts Vanilla

3 : Eggs

2 : 1/3 c Bisquick baking mix

1 : c Sugar

1/2 : c Chopped nuts (optional)

Directions

1: Cream together butter and brown suger

2: Mix in egg and buttermilk

4: Mix together oats, flour, baking powder, salt and allspice

5: Add to creamed mixture

9: Spoon into greased or paper lined muffin pan, filling almost full
