1/3 : c Vegetable oil
1 : /2 c Mashed ripe bananas ( 3 )
1/2 : ts Vanilla
3 : Eggs
2 : 1/3 c Bisquick baking mix
1 : c Sugar
1/2 : c Chopped nuts (optional)
0: Sift dry ingredients together
1: Combine honey, eggs, salad oil and mashed bananas
2: Add to dry ingredients and beat until smooth
3: Add nuts
4: Pour into greased 9 x5 x3 inch loaf pan or two small greased 8-1/2 x 1/2 x 2-1/2 inch loaf pans
5: Bake in a 350 degree oven, 50 to 65 minutes in a large pan or 45-50 minutes in small pans, or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean
6: Remove from pan and cool before slicing
7: Glaze loaf with thin confectioners' sugar icing if you like, or serve plain
