1/3 : c Vegetable oil
1 : /2 c Mashed ripe bananas ( 3 )
1/2 : ts Vanilla
3 : Eggs
2 : 1/3 c Bisquick baking mix
1 : c Sugar
1/2 : c Chopped nuts (optional)
0: Place the dough on a floured board and cut it in half
1: Roll each half 1/4" thick Cut into 4" squares
2: Spread Almond butter on each square
3: Sprinkle plumped currants or raisins on top
4: Fold corners to center
5: Put a bit of your favorite jelly in the center
6: Spoon Vanilla Cream in center
7: Place 2" apart on baking sheet
8: Brush with egg wash
9: Let rise till puffy
10: Brush again with the egg wash
11: Bake at 375 degrees F
12: for 10-12 minutes
