4 : Eggs
2 : c Sugar
2 : Sticks butter
4 : (1-oz) squares chocolate;
0: Coat a 9" baking dish with cooking spray
1: In a mixing bowl, beat thawed egg substitute, milk and seasonings together; set aside
2: Trim crust from bread
3: Pour just enough egg mixture to cover the bottom of the prepared baking dish
4: Lline dish with half of the bread
5: Spread half of each cheese and half the chilies (optional) over the bread layer
6: Add another bread layer and the remaining cheese and chilies
7: Pour egg substitute mixture over all
8: Cover awith foil
9: Refrigerate overnight
10: Bake in 350 F
11: oven for 50 to 55 minutes or until liquid is set to custard
