Dehydrated : Dehydrated onion flakes
0: Soften yeast in warm water
1: Combine butter, sugar, salt and buttermilk; let cool to lukewarm
2: Blend in yeast and baking soda
3: Gradually add 4 1/2 to 5 cups flour until a soft dough is formed
4: Cover and rise in a warm place until double (about one hour)
5: Place on floured surface and roll out to a 15-inch square
6: Brush with melted butter
7: Cut into 1 1/2 inch strips
8: Stack 5 high and cut into 1-1/2 inch pieces
9: Place cut side down in greased muffin tins
10: Rise until light (about 30 minutes)
11: Preheat oven to 400 degrees and bake 15 to 20 minutes
12: Makes two rolls per cup of flour
