1 : lb Ground beef

1 : Egg

1 : ts Salt

1 : ts Onion,grated

1 : pk Mozzarella cheese(4oz)

1 : .to /2 lb ground beef

4 : 16-inch squares aluminum

1 : cn Potatoes; 6oz, sliced

2 : sm Green bell peppers; chopped

Dehydrated : Dehydrated onion flakes

Directions

0: Heat oven to 450 degrees

1: Line 3 baking sheets with parchment

2: Sift together flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt and sugar

3: Place 1/4 cup warm water in a small bowl; sprinkle yeast over

4: Let stand for 5 minutes

5: Use a pastry cutter to blend the 1/2 pound butter into flour mixture until it resembles coarse meal

6: Stir in yeast mixture and buttermilk

7: Turn onto a floured surface and knead until smooth, 2 to 3 minutes

8: Roll dough to a thickness of 1/4 inch

9: Cut out 2 1/2 inch rounds

10: Place 2 inches apart on baking sheet

11: Knead dough scraps lightly; continue cutting rounds, using all dough

12: Brush edges with melted butter, fold rounds in half and press edges to seal

13: Brush tops with butter

14: Place 2 baking sheets in the oven, leaving the third at room temperature

15: Bake 6 minutes

16: rotate baking sheets between oven racks; bake until lightly golden, 5 to 6 minutes more

17: Bake the third sheet on center rack for 8 to 10 minutes

18: Serve warm
