1 : lb Ground beef

1 : Egg

1 : ts Salt

1 : ts Onion,grated

1 : pk Mozzarella cheese(4oz)

1 : .to /2 lb ground beef

4 : 16-inch squares aluminum

4 : Carrots; sliced

1 : cn Potatoes; 6oz, sliced

2 : sm Green bell peppers; chopped

Dehydrated : Dehydrated onion flakes

Directions

0: Beat the egg until light and foamy in a medium sized bowl

1: Beat in the sugar

2: Add the buttermilk and vanilla

3: Mix in the flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, ginger and mace

4: Chill for 1 hour

5: Preheat the deep fryer

6: Prepare the glaze by combining the ingredients and blending until smooth

7: Pat out the dough to a 3/4" thickness on a lightly floured board

8: Cut using a floured doughnut cutter

9: Carefully drop into the hot oil in the deep fryer

10: Fry until golden brown (2-2 1/2 minutes)

11: Drain

12: Dip the top of the warm doughnuts into the glaze

13: Place glazed side up on a rack
