1 : pk Mozzarella cheese(4oz)

1 : .to /2 lb ground beef

4 : 16-inch squares aluminum

1 : cn Potatoes; 6oz, sliced

2 : sm Green bell peppers; chopped

Dehydrated : Dehydrated onion flakes

Directions

0: In large bowl, combine flour, sugar, and salt

1: In small bowl or glass measuring cup, combine buttermilk and baking soda

2: Immediately add buttermilk mixture, eggs, and melted butter to flour mixture

3: Stir just until dry ingredients are moistened

4: (Mixture should be lumpy

5: ) Lightly oil a griddle or 8-inch skillet and heat over medium heat

6: Spread a heaping 1/2 cup of batter on griddle to make a 6-inch flapjack

7: Cook until bubbles form and begin to break on top surface; turn flapjack over and cook until bottom is golden brown

8: Remove flapjack and serve immediately or place on a baking sheet in 200F oven to keep warm until all flapjacks are done

9: Repeat with remaining batter, adding more oil to pan as necessary

10: Serve flapjacks warm with butter, maple syrup and strawberries and blueberries, if desired
