Ingredients

1/4 : c Margarine

1 : Egg

1 : Sesame-seed hamburger bun

1/4 : lb Ground beef

1 : ds Salt

3 : Dill pickle chips or slices

4 : Onion rings

2 : Tomato slices

1/4 : c Chopped lettuce

1 : tb Mayonaise

1/2 : c Dry chickpeas

1/2 : c Dry soybeans

1/2 : c Dry lentils

1/2 : c Yellow split peas

1/2 : c Brown rice

1/2 : c Rolled oats

1/4 : c Whole wheat bread crumbs

1/4 : c Cornmeal

3 : Mushrooms, sliced

Pepperoni : Pepperoni slices

1/4 : ts Pepper, freshly ground

1/2 : c Mozzarella cheese, shredded

1/2 : tb Parmesan cheese, grated

1 : Medium-sized onion; chopped

1/2 : Medium-sized red or green

1 : Stalk celery; chopped

2 : tb Vegetable oil

1/2 : c Ketchup

1 : tb Sweet or India relish

1 : ds Hot pepper sauce; (optional)

1 : pk (0-oz) refrigerated pizza

1 : lb Ground chuck

3/4 : c Prepared pizza sauce

3 : oz Shredded Mozzarella cheese

3 : oz Shredded Cheddar cheese;

1/2 : c Thinly sliced red onion

Directions

0: Makes 2 oval loaves Sprinkle dry yeast over warm water (105 - 115 F) in small bowl

1: Add 1 tsp honey and stir to dissolve

2: If using cake yeast, crumble yeast into small bowl

3: Stir in lukewarm water (95 F) and 1 tsp honey

4: Let stand until foamy, about 10 minutes

5: Combine 2 cups flour, buttermilk, 3 Tbs honey, butter and salt in large bowl

6: Add yeast mixture and whisk until smooth, about 3 minutes

7: Using wooden spoon, mix in enough remaining flour 1/2 cup at a time until dough is too stiff to stir

8: Knead on floured surface until dough is smooth and satiny, kneading in more flour if sticky, about 10 minutes

9: Grease large bowl

10: Add dough, turning to coat entire surface

11: Cover bowl with plastic

12: Let rise in warm draft-free area until doubled, about 1 1/2 hours

13: Grease 2 baking sheets

14: Gently knead dough on lightly floured surface until deflated

15: Cut dough in half

16: Knead each piece into round

17: Pull 2 opposite sides unde to form oval

18: Place on prepared sheets, seam side down

19: Cover with towel

20: Let rise in warm draft-free area until doubled, about 45 minutes

21: Position rack in center of oven and preheat to 375 F

22: Bake until brown and loaves sound hollow when tapped on bottom, about 45 minutes

23: Immediately transfer to racks

24: Cool completely before slicing
