4 : Salmon steaks; (8 oz. each)
Olive : Olive oil
1 : ts Fresh tarragon - chopped
Salt : Salt and pepper
0: Beat eggs in a large bowl; beat in remaining ingredients in order, mixing until smooth
1: For each pancake, pour about 1/4 cup batter onto a hot, lightly greased griddle
2: Turn pancakes when tops are covered with bubbles, and cook the other side
3: Serve with syrup or hot jam
4: Yield; about 16, 4 inch pancakes
