2 : c Flour
1 : tb Sugar
2 : ts Baking powder
1/2 : ts Baking soda
3/4 : ts Salt
1/4 : c Cold butter
1 : Egg
2/3 : c Buttermilk
Milk : Milk for brushing tops
Sugar : Sugar for sprinkling
3 : c Flour
1/3 : c Sugar
2 : 1/ ts Baking powder
1/2 : ts Baking soda
3/4 : ts Salt
12 : tb Butter
1 : c Buttermilk
3/4 : c Currants
1 : ts Grated orange rind
-(orange : -(orange part, or zest only)
0: Spray bundt pan with non-stick cooking spray
1: Cut rolls in half and dip in pudding mix
2: Arrange rolls in bundt pan
3: Alternately arrange dough and sprinkle with pudding mix and pecans
4: Sprinkle remaining pudding mix and pecans over the top
5: Combine brown sugar and butter or margarine and heat together until butter is melted (microwave for 1-1/2 minutes) and a syrup (not granular anymore) is formed
6: Pour over rolls and cover with plastic wrap that has been sprayed with non-stick cooking spray
7: Let rise until double or even with top of pan
8: Remove wrap
9: Bake at 350'F
10: 30-35 minutes
11: As soon as you take the rolls out of the oven, loosen the sides of the pan with a knife and invert bundt pan onto a serving plate
