Ingredients

2 : c Flour

1 : tb Sugar

2 : ts Baking powder

1/2 : ts Baking soda

3/4 : ts Salt

1/4 : c Cold butter

1 : Egg

2/3 : c Buttermilk

Milk : Milk for brushing tops

Sugar : Sugar for sprinkling

3 : c Flour

1/3 : c Sugar

2 : 1/ ts Baking powder

1/2 : ts Baking soda

3/4 : ts Salt

12 : tb Butter

1 : c Buttermilk

3/4 : c Currants

1 : ts Grated orange rind

-(orange : -(orange part, or zest only)

Directions

0: Preheat oven to 350 degrees

1: Mix flour, sugar, sour cream, butter, baking soda, baking powder, salt, orange peel and eggs thoroughly; stir in granola

2: Spread half of batter in greased 9" square pan; sprinkle with Butterscotch Filling

3: Top with remaining batter

4: Bake until crust is golden brown, about 30 minutes; cool completely

5: Drizzle with glaze; sprinkle with nuts

6: BUTTERSCOTCH FILLING: Mix 1/2 cup Nestle Butterscotch Flavored Morsels, 1/2 cup chopped nuts and 1/2 tsp cinnamon

7: GLAZE: Heat 1/2 cup Nestle Butterscotch Flavored Morsels, 1 tbsp butter and 2 tsp half and half over medium heat until smooth
