Directions

0: Preheat oven to 375 degrees

1: Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl

2: Form 24 cookies on a lightly oiled cookie sheet

3: Bake for 8-10 minutes at 375 degrees

4: Cool cookies before removing from the cookie sheet

5: Variation: Add 1/2 cup chopped nuts to the batter before serving
