0: Heat oven to 375 degrees
1: Mix flour, cappuccino, sugar, baking powder, cinnamon and salt in a large bowl; set aside
2: Stir eggs, coffee, sour cream and melted butter in a small bowl until well blended
3: Add to flour mixture; stir just until moistened
4: Stir in chocolate chips
5: Spoon batter into greased or paper lined muffin pans, filling each cup 2/3 full
6: Bake 30 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean
