2 : c Pickling cucumbers; in 1/4"

3/4 : c Sugar
1/2 : c Vinegar
1/2 : ts Celery seed
1/2 : ts Dry mustard
1 : ts Salt
1/4 : ts Tumeric
1 : ga Firm; clean cucumbers
8 : sm White onions; (I use 4
0: Preheat oven to 450F
1: Melt butter with garlic
2: Set aside and keep warm
3: Mix baking mix, milk, chives and cheese until a soft dough forms and beat vigorously for 30 seconds
4: Drop dough by spoonfuls on ungreased baking sheet
5: Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until golden brown
6: Remove from oven
7: Immediately, brush garlic butter mixture over warm biscuits before removing from baking sheet
