0: Combine the flour, baking powder, salt and sugar in a large bowl
1: Add the cheese and blend well
2: Make a well in the center of the mixture
3: Combine the egg, milk and margarine and add the mixture to the dry ingredients, stirring until just moistened and no flour streaks remain
4: Spoon the mix into muffin tins that have been sprayed with a non-stick spray, filling 2/3rds full
5: Bake at 400 degrees F
6: for 20 to 25 minutes or until done and lightly browned
7: Serve warm
