0: Heat oven to 450 degrees Prepare pie crust using 9 inch pan Bake at 450 degrees for 9 to 11 min or until light golden brown
1: Reduce oven heat to 350 degrees Brown ground beef in large skillet over medium high heat; drain
2: Stir in taco seasoning mix and salsa
3: Bring to a boil reduce heat and simmer uncovered for 5 min stirring occasionally
4: Add mushrooms and half of french fried onions Spoon into partially baked crust
5: In small bowl, combine ricotta cheese, 1 cup of the taco flavored cheese and egg mix well
6: Spoon over meat mixture Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 35 min or until slightly puffed and set in center
7: Remove from oven
8: Sprinkle remaining 1 cup of cheese evenly over filling Sprinkle remaining french fried onions in center of filling
9: Bake an additional 2 to 3 min or until cheese is melted
10: Sprinkle tomato around edge and in center of filling
11: Let stand 10 to 15 before serving
