1/4 : c Honey
1 : /2 tb Sugar
1 : tb Sesame oil
1 : /2 tb Apple cider vinegar
1 : /2 ts Lime juice
0: Pour oil in electric deep fryer
1: Preheat at 425 deg for 25 minutes
2: Meanwhile, drain green chili peppers Discard seeds and cut into 12 strips
3: Cut cheese into 12 cubes
4: Wrap a chili strip around each cube of cheese; dredge each in flour; Set aside
5: Beat egg whites to a soft peak
6: Beat together egg yolks, flour and salt until mixture is smooth; fold in beaten whites
7: Coat each cube with egg mixture, drop in hot oil
8: Fry till golden brown
9: Spoon hot oil over chilies while frying to brown tops
10: Remove
11: Drain
12: Serve on warm platter topped with red chili sauce or try rellenos sauce
