4: Sift toogether the first three ingredients, then mix everything else except the chocolate chips in thoroughly
5: Add the chocolate chips
6: Drop teaspoonfuls onto an ungreased cookie sheet (well spaced out - they spread) and bake for 10-12 minutes at 375F
