5 : lg Eggs; separated, at room
0: Blend together frist 4 ingredients
1: Add eggs and mix well
2: Sift dry ingredients together and blend into sugar mixture
3: Stir in chips
4: Mound by tablespoonfuls onto an ungreased cookie sheet and Bake @ 375 for 8-10 minutes, remove from sheets and cool
5: 7-8 dozen NOTES : Very moist, cake like cookie
