1/2 : c Firmly Packed Brown Sugar
1 : Large Egg
1/2 : c Unbleached Flour
1 : ts Baking Powder
1/3 : c Semisweet Chocolate Chips
1/2 : c Margarine Softened
1 : ts Vanilla
1/2 : c Rolled Oats
1/4 : ts Salt
1/4 : c Chopped Nuts
1 : /3 c Flour
2 : ts Vanilla
1 : pk (large) chocolate bits
1 : ts Baking powder
1 : ts Salt
1 : /3 c Sugar
1/2 : c Cooking oil
4 : Eggs
0: In mixer bowl dissolve yeast in warm water
1: Add shortening, salt, sugar, egg, cocoa and 1 cup flour
2: Beat 2 minutes on medium speed on mixer
3: Scrape sides and bottom of bowl frequently
4: Stir in remaining flour with spoon; blend until smooth
5: Scrape batter from sides, cover, let rise in warm place one hour or until double
6: If kitchen is cool, place dough on rack over a bowl of hot water and cover
7: Stir down batter by beating 25 strokes
8: Turn out on well-floured board; dough will be soft
9: Divide into 8 equal pieces
10: Shape each into a ball; roll in butter, then cinnamon-sugar mixture
11: Place balls of dough in well-greased loaf pan 9x5x3-inches, 4 lengthwise, 2 and 2 crosswise
12: Let rise in warm place until double in bulk, about 40 minutes
13: Bake 375~ for 35 minutes
14: Remove from pan and frost top immediately
15: Browned Butter Icing
16: Brown butter in pan over medium heat until a delicate brown
17: Blend with sugar; add cream and vanilla and blend until smooth
