0: Add salt to eggs and beat until thick and lemon colored
1: Add sugar and flavoring and continue to beat
2: Add sour cream and flour alternately, mixing well after each addition
3: Knead on floured board until the dough blisters
4: Cut in small sections roll very thin, cut into strips about 4 inches long slit each piece in center and pull one end through the slit
5: Fry in Crisco until lightly browned
6: Drain on absorbent paper and sprinkle with 10x sugar
