0: Combine sugar and cinnamon in a shallow dish; stir well, and set aside
1: Brush both sides of bread slices with apple butter, and dredge in sugar mix ture; place the bread slices on a baking sheet
2: Bake at 375 degrees for 10 minutes
3: Turn slices over, and bake an additional 10 minutes or until toast ed
4: Yield: 10 croutons (serving size: 1 crouton)
