1: Cook bacon between 2 pieces of paper towel on high for about 5 minutes until crispy
2: Lightly toast bread
3: Lightly spray 2 glass bowls with cooking spray
4: Crack 1 egg into each
5: Cover loosely with plastic
6: Cook on high for about 2-3 minutes until whites are set
7: To make sandwiches: Arrange turkey on slice of bread
8: Spread mayo on second slice and place over turkey, mayo side down
