0: Preheat oven to 350

1: Drain pineapple well

2: Beat together eggs, sugar, vanilla and oil in large bowl

3: Stir in well-drained zucchini

4: In separate bowl, combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and pecans

5: Add to zucchini mixture

6: Add pineapple and mix well

7: Pour into greased and floured 9"x5" loaf pan

8: Bake 55-60 minutes, until wood pick inserted in center comes out clean
