0: Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F
1: Grease and flour a 9 X 5 X 3-inch loaf pan
2: In a large bowl, combine all of the ingredients except the nuts
3: Beat with a spoon for 30 seconds, then stir in the nuts
4: Pour the batter into the prepared pan
5: Bake for 65 to 70 minutes or until a wooden pick, inserted in the center, comes out clean
6: Cool, on a wire rack in the pan, for 10 minutes then remove the loaf from the pan
