1 : Pan; (9 inch) corn bread
1 : cn Corn
1 : cn Stewed tomatoes
2 : c Turkey ham; cubed
Bacon; : Bacon; (5 or 6 slices

1 : lb Bulk Pork sausage
2 : tb Water
1/3 : c Onion, chopped
1 : c Celery, finely diced
1 : ts Poultry Seasoning
1 : ts Salt
8 : c Crumbled Cornbread
0: Preheat oven to 350 degrees
1: Grease a 13 x 9-inch baking pan
2: With a whisk combine the flour, cornmeal, baking powder, salt and sugar
3: Beat eggs with buttermilk and combine with corn and corn oil
4: Swiftly blend dry ingredients with wet ingredients and transfer to baking pan
5: Bake for 30 minutes or until bread pulls away from edges and a toothpick when inserted in the middle of the bread comes out dry
