4 : 1-1/2-pound cornish hen;
-rinsed : -rinsed and patted, dry
1 : /2 lb Shallots; trimmed and peeled
1 : /2 tb Vegetable oil
1/2 : c Chicken broth
1/2 : c Red wine
1/2 : c Water
2 : ts Cornstarch dissolved in
0: Makes 20 4-inch pancakes Put cottage cheese, eggs, flour, oil ,milk, vanilla and salt into a blender
1: Blend at high speed for 1 minute, stopping to stir once
2: Bake on greased griddle using, 1/4 cup of batter for each pancake
