4 : sl Crustless bread
6 : oz Pk frozen snow crab meat
1 : c Grated sharp Cheddar cheese
Salt : Salt and pepper
4 : Eggs
3 : c Milk
1/2 : ts Salt
ds : ds Cayenne
2 : pk Cream cheese; 8 ozs each
2 : tb Lemon Juice
2 : tb Mayonnaise
1 : sm Grated onion; * see note
1 : lb Fresh crabmeat
1 : Whole jar cocktail sauce;
0: Cook cracked wheat in the boiling water for 10 minutes, till all the water is absorbed
1: Dissolve yeast in 1/3 c of warm water & let proof
2: Stir together shortening, salt, molasses, honey & the rest of the water & add to cracked wheat
3: Stir in the flours a little at a time
4: When the dough is stiff, turn out onto a floured board & knead for 10 minutes, use extra flour if necessary
5: Shape into a ball, place in oiled bowl, cover & let rise till doubled
6: Punch down & shape into 2 loaves
7: Let rise till doubled
8: Bake at 375F for 30 to 35 minutes
9: Cool on racks
